PARIS: Studying abroad in Paris offers each student an opportunity to attend Novancia, a state-of-the-art business and communication school, which prepares students from all over the world for today’s global market. Students complete senior level coursework in both intercultural communication and global marketing and are housed in traditional Parisian style apartments. The experience also includes excursions to Normandy, the Loire Valley, and Chartres. This opportunity is targeted toward public relations and communication studies majors.

PANAMA: The study abroad program in Panama is great for mass media and journalism majors and focuses on all aspects of media in Latin America. Students study racial, gender, national, and other identities in Latin American media as well as journalism in Latin America. Participants study with other students from Quality Leadership University, from Panama, Chile, or other Latin American countries and are housed in comfortable apartments in the thriving metropolis of Panama City, Panama. The experience also includes several excursions to the beach, the jungle, and the Panama Canal.

BRAZIL: The Brazil program focuses on various aspects of media production and consumption in Latin America and is great for mass media and journalism majors. The program is hosted by the Universidade Federal de Ceará in Fortaleza and explores the representations of racial, gender, national and other identities in Latin American media and investigates journalism practices in various countries in Latin America. Participants stay at the Hotel Cocal in the quiet residential neighborhood of Meireles, just a five-minute walk from the famous Beach of Iraçema. Excursions include a trip to the edge of the Amazon, a game at the Castelão soccer stadium, a day at the famed Beach Park and have the opportunity to participate Brazil’s traditional June Festival.

THE NETHERLANDS: the Netherlands program is hosted at Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen. The program, which is well-suited for public relations and communication studies (focused on organizational communication) majors, leans on intercultural competence and communication to explore the legal, financial, and political aspects of the Eurozone and the diverse European cultures from a business perspective, including visits to large, multinational companies in the Netherlands and Germany. Students are housed in comfortable dormitory style housing.
